Pst. Marcio / Lagoinha Baptist Church / Brazil and Dr. S. Joseph / New Life Medical & Educational Trust / India, challenged by the predominant fact about the ills of the society specifically a significant rise in sex abuse & exploitation in India have joined hearts- and- hands resulting into ‘Ashasthan Project'.

Based in Navi Mumbai, India, Ashasthan [ an aboriginal term meaning ‘ House of Hope’] was established in 1998 with a mission to provide hope to minor girls who are most vulnerable to the ills of the society like sexual abuse and exploitation, thereby bestowing a positive change in their lives. We strive to shelter, rehabilitate and reinstate girls from the age group of 8 onwards into the society by providing them a secure family environment, proper education, vocational training and quality medical assistance.

They are trained to be self supporting and self -assured individuals equipped not only to survive against their struggle within the society, but also empowered to live an over comer’s life - a life which is ordained by God.
